Um das Problem „Festplatte nicht gefunden“ zu lösen, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden Hinweise.
1.Wenn eine Festplatte vorinstalliert ist, befinden sich 4 Schrauben an der Unterseite der NVR-Box.
2. Überprüfen Sie das Netzteil, um festzustellen, ob die Stromversorgung ausreicht oder nicht.
Hinweis: Der WiFi NVR (8208,8204,9604,9608,8508,8708) sollte eine Stromversorgung mit 12 V und 2,5 A verwenden.
PoE NVR (6708FN, 6708KR, 6708K) sollte ein 52V2,5A-Netzteil verwenden.
3. Öffnen Sie den NVR mit einem Schraubenzieher, überprüfen Sie die beiden Kabel, die die Festplatte verbinden, und prüfen Sie, ob sie locker sind.
4. Nehmen Sie die Festplatte heraus und installieren Sie sie in Ihrem Computer. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Computer die Festplatte erkennt.

Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf „System-Setup“ > „Allgemeine Einstellungen“ > „Festplatten-Setup“ > „Festplatte auswählen“ > „Formatieren“

Just bought new NVR model “TA-XM-2-608GP-AI-40C” and it does not detect new 1TB SSD disk.
Tried to format it to ext4 and FAT32, which didn’t help.
I can see in the other comments that this problem is pretty common. So, are you going to fix it?
For now will try to make a setup with my old good 120GB SSD, which works. However, this doesn’t look like a good long term solution.
same problem was solved when I initialized HDD in GPT. When HDD in MBR it starts formating but then restarts the system repeatly

I purchased an NVR model W-NVR K8210-3WS. A week ago, the firmware was updated to version 3.2.4.9M, and since the installation and restarting the NVR, it does not recognize the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). I have tried installing a new HDD, and it does not recognize it either. I have checked the HDD and it has no errors in the MBR, FAT, or bad sectors. Is it possible to download previous firmware versions and see what happens?

The system did not found the harddisk and they restart the system repeatly to find it until we remove the harddisk
the hard didisk working on the system without problem
The cameras working also without problem but we can’t rcording them because of the faiuler of harddisk
pls your help
