What to do if SD card can't be recognized?

1. Format SD card to FAT32 format on the computer and tested on the camera.
2. Provide camera version, test after upgrade
3. Replace other memory card to have a try.
4. If possible, insert the memory card into another camera and test it.

just went through the same issue. i have 4 of these cameras. when i swapped the card it didnt work.

I’ve tried all the options with the said results. SD card still not being recognized. I have 3 other cameras that work with the said SD card. I have the PT815G.
