Disque dur introuvable / Informations sur le disque dur et formatez-le
Veuillez vous référer à ce qui suit pour résoudre le problème du disque dur introuvable.
1. Si le disque dur a été préinstallé, il y a 4 vis au bas du boîtier NVR.
2. Vérifiez l'adaptateur secteur pour confirmer s'il dispose de suffisamment de puissance ou non.
Remarque : le NVR WiFi (8208,8204,9604,9608,8508,8708) doit utiliser une alimentation 12 V 2,5 A.
Le NVR PoE (6708FN, 6708KR, 6708K) doit utiliser un adaptateur d'alimentation 52 V 2,5 A.
3. Veuillez ouvrir le NVR avec un tournevis, vérifiez les deux câbles reliant le disque dur et voyez s'ils sont desserrés.
4. Retirez le disque dur et installez-le sur votre ordinateur. Vérifiez si l'ordinateur peut reconnaître le disque dur.
Vérifiez les informations du disque dur sur le boîtier NVR et formatez-le
Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris > Configuration du système > Configuration générale > Configuration du disque dur > Sélectionnez le disque dur > Cliquez sur Formater

Model K8208-W
The system did not found the harddisk and they restart the system repeatly to find it until we remove the harddisk
the hard didisk working on the system without problem
The cameras working also without problem but we can’t rcording them because of the faiuler of harddisk

?I have same issue…HD stopped being recognized when it got FULL.
But I am able to reformat/partition..etc when I attache to computer…..I have WIPED and brought to NEW state….but still not recognize…. I have installed TEMP smaller hd from another computer and if recognizes just Like prev comment.
WHY would original HD no longer be recognized…fyi..my original had 3TB
I am having the same issues. Perfectly fine HDDs will most recognize on these NVRs and I bought a new NVR in case but it did the same thing…. what can we do here since I have a whole system setup and the HDD wont work….
Good afternoon! I have been using your NVR device model K8204-W for four years now. Recently, the power supply failed and I replaced it. Since the reason could not be immediately established, initially, I replaced the hard drive, which did not lead to an effect. Now, I need an access code for the administrator to configure it. Unfortunately, the previously installed code does not work. I ask for your help and assistance in solving this issue and sending the code to me!
