Not getting any sound notifications on my icSee app

Notifications are there but no sound when alarm is triggered

I do not get notigication on my phone when sombody enter into the alarmed area. Message exist but no notification in the time of entering the area. This ii in the last week. Thanks for helping. The menu point above is not in coincidence with ICsee points.
