What to do when you forget the password for Wifi NVR?
Please remember to set your own password for security.
When the login window warms “Username/Password Is Incorrect”
- Move your mouse into this prompt box, left click, right click, left click...repeat 12 times (6 times for each)
- Until a restore default user window pops out
- Click “Yes” to reset your username and password
Email does not work. You must fix this as it is a security risk not getting notification from NVR. Will not buy anymore until this is working.
This surely doesn’t work.
I am missing customer service. No chat no email response ???
