1. Check whether all your cables are connected well.

2. Connect your NVR to internet.

3. Download CMS software and add your NVR to CMS

4. Right click the IP of NVR---choose Device Config---choose gui display---choose the lowest resolution---ok

(reason: the resolution of your monitor is lower than NVR)

if you even can not search the IP of NVR, then open the case of NVR, then send us a clear picture of the main board.
