Go to this website: www.dvr163.com on IE explorer. 

Make sure it is Online on the NVR screen 

You can use Cloud ID login or Username Login. 

Let's take Cloud ID login as an example. 

Fill in Cloud ID, user name: admin, password if you have set your own password, otherwise, leave password blank.

Click on Login.  

Download the plugin to make it work as instructed. 

After that, reopen the browser to this website again. 

Login again to access the images.
