My camera is Audio supportive but I cannot hear audio?

Please confirm your NVR model support audio output. If not, you can not hear it from app on mobile or from pc. 

Please do this to get audio:

Right click mouse>System Setup>Channel Setup>Encode Setup>Switch Encode mode to AV Stream and Apply
