1. Is there a pc firmware that I can use to view the cameras?

Yes. The firmware is called CMS. You can download it here:

2. How to add device to CMS?

First you need to make sure the DVR/NVR and the computer connect to the same router.

1) Double click on CMS icon to run it. A login window will show up.

2) Click “OK” when small window comes out.

3) Click “System”Click “Device Manager” – “Zone List” – “Add Area” – name the zoon, e.g. “front door” – “OK".

4) Click on the zone name “front door” – “Add Device” –a new window, click “IP Search”

5) Click the IP of the DVR/NVR, click “Add Device” – If you have set your own admin and password, fill in your own, if not, leave it blank and click “OK”. Successfully add!

6) Now you can see on the upper left corner, there is an added IP address. Double click on this IP address, it will show many sub-channels.

7) Double click on the sub-channel and it will show live video of it.

8) You can access more settings by clicking on "System"-"Local Config" or "Remote Config"
